All the land purchased for Bramming Farm belonged to the Bramming Family Estate, a Colorado family of farmers that dated back to 1913. There was a family legacy that was important to share with new residents and the surrounding community, so DFI published a book about the history of the property and distributed it to local business, libraries and residents. DFI also maintained the overall farm theme in the landscaping, common areas and playgrounds in an effort to preserve the Bramming legacy. This infill residential community also includes 4 acres of retail space, 3 acres of assisted living facility space and an 8 acre parcel that was sold to HealthOne for development of an emergency center and medical office buildings.
