DFI has been involved in the Homeowners Association, Metropolitan Districts, and development of the Copperleaf Community since 2007.  During that time, DFI oversaw the development of over 3,250 single family detached, single family attached, and multi-family units within the community.  DFI also worked to develop:

• Commercial centers within the community
• Mountain Vista Elementary School
• Applied for and received grants from Arapahoe County to construct a several mile long trail-system
