Karl’s Farm is an approximately 65 acre Mixed-Use site that contains both residential and commercial components. Currently there 92 for-sale duplex units that were constructed by Richmond American Homes, 86 for sale single family detached City Scape homes also constructed by Richmond Homes, 104 for sale townhomes that were constructed by Meritage Homes, 385 for rent apartments constructed by Southern Land Company, and 164 for rent senior affordable apartments. The commercial component currently has a Dutch Bros. Coffee, Raising Cane’s, and Qwik Trip convenience and gas store.

Daniel is an equity partner and acted as project manager to underwrite the initial acquisition of the site, process the Zoning/Site Plan/Platting documents, created the Metropolitan District, issued $16,800,000 in bonds to pay for infrastructure, contracted/closed with the various builders, and oversaw construction of the improvements.
