The Season Apartment complex was a groundbreaking community not only for Centre, but for a then, “up-and-coming” Cherry Creek area (mid 1980’s). Centre was able to assemble three city blocks of properties as well as vacated a street to construct some of the first luxury apartments in Cherry Creek. Working with a variety of national partners for the development, Centre created this full-amenitized complex that help to put Cherry Creek living on the map as a highly desirable neighborhood.
