DFI managed the purchase of  the Serenity Ridge project out of bankruptcy in 2009, and helped revitalize it into the community you see today.  DFI was a board member of the Homeowners Association, and Metropolitan Districts which helped fund and maintain the project infrastructure.   During DFI’s management another 350 homes were developed, a King Soopers/retail center, several parks, and connections to Cherokee Trail High School.
