Harvest Crossing (formerly known as Villages at Murphy Creek) is a 200 acre masterplan community located in Aurora, Colorado.  DFI managed the initial acquisition in 2007, as well as the subsequent zoning (approximately 1,100 residential units, and 20 acres of commercial), site planning/platting, and Metro District creation/bond issuance.  DFI also managed the disposition of the property to a large developer.
